We redesigned Litterati's mobile application with a focus on improving user engagement as well as their marketing website which is mainly devoted towards encouraging partners to connect.

The Ask.

Reimagining Litterati’s mobile experience to enable continuous user engagement. We kicked-off the project with an experience strategy derived from market & user insights and an engagement strategy outlining ideas on how to incentivise users. After getting the data of challenges and goals from current app users, we started making user flows that helps solve challenges of users before diving deep into app flows, wireframes and visual design. We presented two concepts of moodboards for extending the visual identity and look & feel of the app, after that it was all hands on design executing features for the initial launch and upcoming features as well.

My Role.

While I was at Creative Chaos as a Product Design Lead. My core responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Involved in product strategy with research team and creative director.
  2. Initiated design process which includes User Flows based on user personas and market research, UX wireframes, Look & Feel direction strategy using moodboards exercise, End-to-End product design for all the user flows and product functionalities, Developers handoff and design walkthroughs for the sprint features.
  3. I was also involved in CMS building for admin experience and marketing website wireframes, product and visual designs.
  4. Lead the art direction for the illustrations and onboarding animations.


We launched Litterati's end-to-end digital product design within six months of engagement, and helped the team build an eco system for the target audiences based on B2C and B2B customers which resulted in more than 3 Million pieces of litter picked up till date.
